I love to stand on the cliffs in Kilkee and watch the waves crash on the rocks.  There is nothing as invigorating as the roar of the sea on a fresh day.  It reminds me of how precious this life is and how we much always try to stay present in the moment as no other future moment is guaranteed to us.
