Delivery & Returns Policy

We want you to enjoy your purchase. Here’s how we handle delivery and returns:

Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days unless otherwise stated (as with silk items that are made to order, delivery may be up to 6 weeks depending on availability).

We deliver within Ireland and internationally.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it.

Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty or damaged).

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
