"Fortitude"
 
Strength to face adversity with courage. Sometimes life throws us curveballs, it is at these times we must draw on our inner strength to face our challenges with fortitude. It’s like jumping in the waves, we have many ways in which to face them; we can try to just jump over them, which is fine if they are small, but the bigger stronger waves can knock us off our feet. If we are strong enough, we can get back up and face the next one. We canalso choose to turn for shore and go with them, and of course we can ride the waves
instead of fighting them.
 
Each wave can teach us something new if we are willing to learn.
