I have lived for most of my life on the banks of the River Shannon leading to its wide estuary at Loop head.  My daily walk takes me past Scattery and Hog Islands and I marvel constantly at the fact that no two days are the same, the weather, the light, the tides, the shoreline, the colours….. everchanging.  Nature at its very best, it fills my cup anew each time …..
